*Role:**              Oracle Fusion HCM  Security  -  with background from
either PeopleSoft Oracle E-Business HCM Security*

*Location:      **Pleasanton, CA*

*Duration:     Long Term*

*MOI:              Telephonic + Skype*



*Skills Required:*

§  1+ year of Good experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Security - Core HR, NA
Payroll and Benefits modules as a Security Admin / consultant with advisory
role in an Implementation project.

§  Overall 10 years of ERP experience with minimum 2 end-to end Security
setup in implementation project (preferably PeopleSoft or eBusiness)

§  Experienced in Service-Oriented Architecture and its related technologies

   - Working knowledge & Good understanding of Authentication, Data
   Masking, Encryption and Integration methodologies
   - Usage and experience on Audit concepts, Single Sign-On, LDAP and OIM.



*Technical Skills*



   - Ability to capture requirements from Business, IT teams, connecting
   systems and Translating into security configurations and build technical
   specifications
   - Should Possess good technical knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture &
   HCM security
   - Knowledge on Standard Security Principles; Security Across Multiple
   Tiers; Secured Oracle Fusion Applications Deployments;
   - Good with PKI/SSL/Certificates - Network & Infrastructure security
   experience is must
   - Nice to have experience in IAM (OIM or other products)
   - Experience in setting up Duty Roles, Application Roles, Security
   Profiles and Data Roles
   - Very good experience in Fusion Middleware technologies and Integration
   tools with other ERP systems.
   - knowledge on Cloud deployment (public / private) concepts



*Experience Required*

   - End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion in at least one  big
   implementation with large user base
   - Should Possess good technical knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture &
   HCM security, OBIEE

§  Knowledge of Fusion HCM Data Model and ability to handle design for
Integration and Data conversion requirements



*Generic Managerial/Soft Skills:*

   - Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and
   customer interaction on need basis
   - Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to
   approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring
   review effectiveness on regular basis is must
   - Good communication and experience in customer facing role

§  Agile experience would be preferred.
