Front End Developer to join our Dallas team (80% front end and 20% back
end). This role will work closely with business owners, project managers,
UX Leads, graphic designers and J2EE developers/Tech Leads to provide
direction for the future development of all front-end technologies (CSS3,
HTML5/XHTML, DOM, JavaScript, JSP Tiles, etc.)

Skills & experience
• Experience leading UI technical solutions throughout the
entire product lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design
deliverables such as screen layouts, user interface elements, and
prototypes
• Ability to translate usability and field research findings
into design/function improvements
• Demonstrated experience producing and delivering final assets
using HTML5, CSS3, JSP and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Previous experience working in an Agile team environment
using two week sprints for delivery of production quality code
• Proficient in markup coding by hand, specifically HTML5
and/or XHTML 1.0
• Proficient in CSS3, SASS/SCSS/LESS/COMPASS implementation and
best practices
• Proficient in JavaScript coding of jQuery plugins or similar
JavaScript frameworks
• Proficient in key Java technologies such as Java, JSP, JSTL,
Struts-taglib, Apache Tiles, Struts MVC
• Proficient in Spring MVC, Spring-taglib, Spring Web Flow
and/or Spring Mobile
• Proficient in Responsive web design understanding (css media
queries)
• Proficient in accessibility implementation using WGAC 2.0 and
Section 508 standards

Manager says need to have Object Oriented programming (preferably *.NET/C#)
must have Strong Angular and must understand Visual Studio*. This group
does all .NET development.
• Must have
o *Scripting*
* Medium/Strong AngularJS experience***
• Able to develop
o Routes, Controllers, Directives, Models, Services, Filters
etc.
• Must understand and have implemented asynchronous module
definitions (“AMD”) and dependency injection
o Object Oriented Programming (“OOP”) experience
The person must have experience developing an OO application
using any language but C# is preferred
• Ideal so that the UI developer can understand the different
facets of the application that is associated with our project
o LESS (a CSS pre-processor)
Able to develop cascading style sheets (“CSS”) solutions with
*.less and using best practices within it
o Cascading Style Sheets (“CSS”)
Must be strong in the development of CSS that crosses browser
types (and versions)
o HTML5
Must have experience with HTML4 and HTML5 based markup

o Scripting Test experience
It would be ideal to have a candidate that has developed
JavaScript as well as test scripts associated with it
o Data Grid
It would be ideal if the candidate has built or integrated
AngularJS or similar JavaScript framework with a data grid
• Ancillary Experience
o Real world experience in developing a visually appealing
application based on the must have
o Problem Solving – It would be ideal if the candidate is a
strong problem solver and critical thinker
o Understanding of how to use and manipulate Microsoft Internet
