*TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :*
*What is required is specific experience building tool set to track and
measure data center performance. (Perhaps someone from a telecom
background?)*
Candidate will be responsible for generating a set of Management tools and
metrics around service enhancements, performance statistics and cost
efficiencies.
*Principal Responsibilities*
Identification of a set of metrics required to manage the performance of the
*Data Center Services* team through ongoing interactions with the team
managers
Creation and operation of a reporting engine so as to determine sources of
data necessary, collation of that data and presentation of the findings.
Analysis and interpretation of the information so as to provide options for
improvement that may derived around those options.
Interaction with teams that support the goals of the position.
*Experience/Skills*
A positive attitude and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
High level skills in *Microsoft* suite of products, *C++,* *Java *Programming,
*SQL*.
A demonstrated ability to learn and work within proprietary database systems
Experience working in a transactional technology environment a plus
Excellent follow up and customer service skills
Ability to communicate with highly technical user teams as well as multiple
layers of management
