*Job Description:***
At least 4 years of experience in business or systems analysis
Able to understand business requirements and break them down into work
products that are appropriate for the development team
Able to understand impact of changing requirements and adjust details
accordingly
Technical aptitude and solid foundational knowledge of web technologies
incl. JSP, HTML, XML, etc.
Experience in web app development environment
Capable of leading requirement gathering sessions
Able to help clients articulate requirements at the appropriate level of
detail.
Able to draft requirements based on non-workshop collateral (e.g.,
documentation or review of existing systems)
Experience in writing use cases, defining acceptance criteria and tests,
following requirements through to production and training developers in
business issues
Participated in full lifecycle development on large projects (more than 15
people. Longer than 6 months)
Familiarity with Agile methodology and story cards
Worked very closely with 3rd party developers to deliver complex highly
integrated software projects
Experience with offshore development and maintenance projects
