Job Title: Network Cloud Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Required Experience 5-7+ years work experience or equivalent programming in one or more of the following: Python, C, perl and scripts 5+ years experience with Layer 2, Layer 3 and/or Layer 4 network protocols and technologies 3+ years experience with fundamental networking concepts and protocols such as: Routing, Switching, WAN, VLAN, Tunnels - control plane and dataplane Prior experience developing middleware to interface with networking infrastructure desired Solid understanding of algorithm complexity, parallel/distributed systems, advanced data structures, computer networking and operating systems Knowledge of REST/SOAP/JSON API a plus Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Start-up environment experience Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
