If unable to share, Please don't apply. No Need any document for GC or USC.* *Job Details:* General Competencies 1. Ability to elicit requirements using the best tool(s) for the given scenario. 2. Ability to perform analysis of as-is and to-be systems and processes. 3. Master-level proficiency in requirements documentation. a. Experience with Word, Excel, and/or Visio required. b. Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred. 4. Define and manage to scope of a project during requirements phase. Recognize and effectively communicate risks to project timelines and quality. 5. Ability to be an effective liaison between technical, project management, and business teams. 6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure proper involvement and communication. *Position-Specific Competencies* 1. Create detailed requirements to support the company’s Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence functions. This includes: reporting, business intelligence, data warehouse, and data integration projects. a. Analyze transactional system data stores, data warehouse data, and current and legacy reports. b. Have a keen understanding of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence terms and concepts. 2. Ability to read MS SQL code. 3. Ability to query a database using SQL and quickly identify table and column attributes for staging requirements. 4. Ability to reverse engineer SQL to define core business rules. Desired Competencies 1.
