*Role : E-Commerce Business Analyst Location: New York City, NY Duration: 3+Months contract Client: FullBeauty Brands * *Duties and Responsibilities: **Collaborate with Product, UX and key stakeholders to understand the high level objectives of the CMS/RWD project down to the fine details and convert those into accurate user stories that the OT teams can act upon. *Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements for the CMS/RWD project, and communicate changes and decisions to the project team. *Partner with the Product Management team and key stakeholders to elicit and capture complete and unambiguous user requirements, and break down complex processes into workable units. *Effectively facilitate requirements sessions, build consensus, and define the done criteria for project requirements. *Aggregate input from the CMS/Responsive Design project team, including development, QA, project management and Product Management, to support estimation/grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings. *Synthesize product requirements from a variety of internal and external resources, including eCommerce team, design, engineering, qa, legal and other cross-functional teams. *Coordinate with the CMS/RWD project team, including Engineering and QA, to ensure features are being built according to spec. Ensure all stories are closed out by the end of every sprint before the sprint review/demo. *Partner with the Product and UX teams to conduct competitive analysis, user research and/or A/B testing. *Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Siences, Technology, Business Management or equivalent experience *Required Experience:* 4 + years of progressively increasing responsibility within an “Online” environment (web, digital, e-commerce, etc.) with a primary focus on Business Analysis, Product Management, UX or Systems Analysis. Familiarity with the retail ecommerce landscape, including “best practice” features and functionality. Experience with Scrum/Agile software development methodology Strong documentation, planning, organizing and analytical skills. Familiarity with Responsive Design Familiarity with Content Management Systems Experienced in developing business use cases Understanding of A/B testing design and execution Understanding of web technology fundamentals Experience in collaborating with multiple teams across IT and business units Proficient with Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookCMS Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite or other image editing tools Knowledge of site analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics *Soft Skills:* Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work individually and as a team Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills Keen attention to details Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated relationship-management skills Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to accomplish goals.
