*Job Title : Salesforce PM Business Analyst* *Location: Itasca, IL*
*Duration: 6 Months+* *Salesforce PM Business Analyst* Serve as the Salesforce.com Business Analyst providing functional consultation of the CRM/Lead processing application architecture, functionality, and data model. Lead or participate in process definition, requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing support. Document functional requirements, transform functional requirements into detailed system requirements, and ensure traceability from and to functional requirements. Configure and customize software, perform data integration and development, and deliver training.
