Duration : 8.5 mths Location : Birmingham,MA Max Rate : 30-35 Job Description: The QA Analyst contractor will be involved in testing the "PO Consolidation/BW Enhancements - MMX" project to ensure quality implementation. Requirements: The resource should have 3-5 years experience in and testing of the following: 1) Large-scale, multi-tiered enterprise applications; 2) Object-oriented applications including .Net and J2EE; 3) Web Services; 4) Windows platform 5) SQL Server and DB2 databases. The resource should be detailed-oriented and organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, be adaptable to unfamiliar technologies and posess hardware and software trouble- shooting skills. The resource will be required to create, modify, maintain and document detailed test plans and test results in HP Quality Center. The resource must be able to work with a formal Systems Development Methodology and be able to transfer knowledge to more junior testers. We do not presently have sufficient resources in-house to perform these tasks, based upon the number, size and scope of the projects that are being developed and require testing.
