Onboarding date: Immediate (considering 2 weeks of BG check and onboarding process) • Major responsibilities include: • Application: On-Site support including Services Management, Incident Management, Product Assurance, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Project Management, and Knowledge Management; and the first point of contact to the Business •Infrastructure: Administration & Maintenance, Audit and Security, Infrastructure changes and Request for Services. • Network: Client Connectivity and Exchanges for Market Data.
