Must be able to track actuals vs forecasted, resource forecasting, planning, financial management * IT Infrastructure PM experience - IT project management ownership of multiple initiatives * Aggressive management of Risks/Issues Nice to Haves • Customer Contact Center experience or moderation/installation of an IVR system Planning & Execution: • End-to-end / full life cycle project management experience required. • IT project management ownership of multiple initiatives in support of modernizing the company's Customer Contact/Call Centers. • Business-side integration and/or ownership where needed. • Projects can be infrastructure, software, vendor-product installation, or workflow & process improvement. • Understanding and use of Change Management. • Build-out of project execution frameworks within existing portfolio structure. • Methodologies include Waterfall with possible Agile for future projects. • Aggressive management of Risks/Issues. Financials: • Must be proficient in managing financials (forecasting, tracking, correction). • Experience with Clarity a big plus. Resource Management: • Identification of IT & Business resources required to complete project work. • Resource procurement via partnership with IT & Business Leads. • Management the work of matrixed resources. Planning & Facilitation: • Development of effective agendas for working sessions & status meetings. • Strong facilitation skills. • Production of specific outcomes with detailed takeaways to produce those outcomes. Who is our ideal candidate? Sr. IT Project Manager • IT project management ownership of multiple initiatives in support of modernizing the company's Customer Contact/Call Centers. • Works effectively with minimal direction. • Ability to work within a highly-fluid environment with rapidly-changing priorities. • Business-side integration and/or ownership where needed.
