·           3+ Years Force.com development experience with strong focus on
Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex triggers,
Apex Web services, and APIs

·           Experience with Agile development practices

·           Experience with Java and web services.

·           Other data integration experiences such as Web Services, or
SOAP.

·           Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·           Proven ability to deliver solutions that don’t require

*Responsibilities:*



·           Take a leadership role regarding implementation of Salesforce
instance as a Fraud Case Management tool within Financial Crimes.

·           Review business requirements and translate into technical
requirements, and system codes.

·           Pose pertinent questions about the project context so that you
understand the long-term goals for the requirements.

·           Develop technical requirements with a long-term view on the
overall architecture of the solution in partnership with
implementation-vendor partners.

·           Unit and regression test your code for adherence to the
business requirements prior to turning over the code to the business teams
for their testing.

·           Provide creative options as solutions to meet requirements,
along with clear estimates and expectations for timeframe for alternatives;
adhere to “minimal viable product” concept when solutioning .

*Job description:*



·           5+ years of experience in relevant technology.
Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience, preferred 5+ years of
experience.

·           Expect to have resource with Marketo skills. Certification will
help

o    SFDC - Administrative, reporting activities and not programming

·           Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project
management and system architecture. Solid analytical / problem solving
skills.

·           Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad
perspective.

·           Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability
to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT
resources. Strong client service attitude.

·           Strong organizational and time management skills.

·           Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

·           Building features, reports, and dashboards within
Salesforce.com to promote conversion of sales leads.

·           Generate weekly sales reports for managers to monitor lead
performance.

overall impact of website leads.

·           Automate functionality for lead reminders, elevation, and
recycling.

·           Provide training to sales managers and teams on the use of the
Lead tab within SFDC.

improving/optimizing the existing processes.

o    Train business users on leads functionality. Reach out to business
users and collect feedback, pain points and work with development team to
improve the user experience.

o    Collaborate with Revenue marketing lead and build reports for
monitoring user adoption.

o    Collect feedback and design a lead lifecycle model that ensures all
leads are categorized into appropriate stages.

o    Talk to business users and collect the requirements, document them and
co-ordinate the concerned teams to get them implemented.

o    Train the business users on the new/updated functionality and update
the relevant training documents which can be used for reference in future.
Create reports or dashboards that are relevant to measure the KPI.

o    Collaborate with multiple teams on optimizing forms, clean up existing
page layouts. Wrap up activities like updating all the training documents,
document any pending requirements, etc. to ensure business continuity.

o    Optimize the existing email alert. Collect feedback on the required
reporting for day-to-day use and build required reports.

o    Collaborate with business users to collect feedback for process
improvement. Document the feedback into requirements for development team.
Collect feedback on the day-to-day use reports and update them.

o    Build weekly reports for the business users to monitor the leads
assigned to their team in a single view. Create training documentation for
business users and also train business users on updating and converting
lead in salesforce.
