Wrap up activities like updating all the training documents, document any pending requirements, etc. to ensure business continuity. o Optimize the existing email alert. Collect feedback on the required reporting for day-to-day use and build required reports. o Collaborate with business users to collect feedback for process improvement. Document the feedback into requirements for development team. Collect feedback on the day-to-day use reports and update them. o Build weekly reports for the business users to monitor the leads assigned to their team in a single view.
