· 4+ years of support experience
· 3+ years DataStage experience for developing, testing, and
deploying ETL solutions
· 3+ years of UNIX experience, including a combination of Unix
Shell scripting and PERL Scripting experience to transform data, create
wrappers, and automate tasks
· 1+ year of experience with SQL queries & stored procedures on
Teradata databases
· 3+ years of Native SQL against relational databases
· 1+ years of automation experience using scheduling software
(preferred Tivoli -TSW)
· 2+ years of experience with Java Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues related to the platform. Create support tickets
· Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and architecture
of integration systems.
· Produce project related documentation and provide estimates to
the Project Lead or Manager for work to be completed.
· Assist in recommendations for disaster recovery of integration
environments.

· Technical Troubleshooting - Extensive Experience
· Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and
techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical
(hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
· Application Maintenance - Extensive Experience
· Knowledge of and ability to define, implement changes to, and
support a production application.
· Application Design, Architecture - Extensive Experience
· Knowledge of application design activities, tools and techniques;
ability to utilize these to convert business requirements and logical
models into a technical application design.
· Good written and oral communication
