Analyst/Developer)}
*Duration: *This is a long term (2-3 year) commitment.
*Location: Orange County, CA*

*JOB OVERVIEW*
TCUA Analyst will be responsible for supporting TCUA for Design, Quality,
Engineering and Manufacturing processes. He will be supporting a team which
will be deploying team center in multiple groups for Callaway Golf. He will
be working closely with IT Infrastructure and business community
*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Owns and manages all technical responsibilities for Team Center
PLM software including but not limited to TCUA 9.1, TCUA Multi CAD Data
Management, Product Data/Change/Document (+DHF) Management, Product
Portfolio Management (Schedule Manager), compliance management and supplier
integration
· Setup and Provide release management support using BMIDE,
Configure and troubleshoot TCUA reports, through Reports Manager or coding
· Gather and document business and functional requirements
· Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, and perform
analyze/fix bugs
· Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts,
Define and develop product data standards
· Troubleshooting user issues, configuration & server issues, CAD
related issues as a Level 2/3 role
· Client installation & configuration, network connectivity
validation for suppliers
· Server configuration BMIDE package deployment (Hot & cold)
· Basic problem solving skills, application issues, root cause
analysis, configuration, ability to handle NX CAD files
· Coordinate and work with IT Infrastructure team members (DBA’s,
System admins), NX Open API’s
· Work with GTAC support team on a day today basis
· Be part of the backup/restore testing team
· Manage the team center customizations in ITK, XML, Run-time
properties
*TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & abilities)*
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of work/support experience in Team center
NX, Engineering / Unified experience specifically in the areas development
(BMIDE customizations), deployment and support within a large enterprise
· Experience in Team center operations such as data creation,
transfer ownership, change group & role, query creation, rule tree and
Access Manager
· Experience with BMIDE naming/revision rules, deep copy rules,
action rules
· Experience in installing, configuring 4-Tier clients and
monitoring applications performance
· Strong understanding of various software development processes,
including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools
and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing
methodologies, and deployment management.
· Strong documentation skills.
· Knowledge in scripting Perl, ANT, Python is desirable
· Knowledge in programming skills like java/VB, C++ is desirable
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
· This position required 2 to 5 years of experience in IT
· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
