We Need h1 copy and photo ID proof also.* *Role : Lead DevOps engineer* *Location : Rolling , Meadows, IL* *Duration : long term * *Skills * -Deep experience with Continuous Delivery technologies e.g. Serena ChangeMan, Subversion, Mercurial, GIT, ANT, Maven, Groovy, Gradle, puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Urban Deploy, Red Hat jBPM, Ruby, Cucumber etc... - Experience in Acceptance Test Driven Development - Effective written and verbal communication skills including internal presentations. - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Strong time management skills - Extensive knowledge of advanced DevOps methodologies in a software development organization - Detail oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills - Demonstrated initiative to improve both technical knowledge and process; ability to learn and apply skills to new technology. - Flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment; ability to successfully multi-task - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and high-level requirements documentation - Ability to accurately estimate application development tasks - Ability to work with little supervision given the appropriate level of task definition *Responsibilities * -Lead and enable the application of “shift left” DevOps practices for multi-platform Agile application teams -Works in a geographically dispersed cross functional project teams of other software engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for DevOps platforms. -Collaborative responsibilities will include coordination and participating in discussions with DevOps Architect, Enterprise Architect team, Development, QA, and Operations . -Lead change to raise awareness and get buy-in from key stakeholders for process, tool and best practices for Continuous Delivery pipeline, lead pilot and manage, control & report progress of rollout for products. -Lead and communicate effectively with internal customers to evaluate alternative technical solutions related to DevOps strategies. -Diagnoses highly complex systemic problems and takes the lead until the issue is resolved. -Responsible for continuous delivery implementation and execution to achieve success full build, test and deployment activities for one or more product. -Recommends DevOps tools while maintaining knowledge of tools used in the industry and in the department. -Lead rollout of Test Automation (ATDD), Sonar integration, Selenium and various other tools into the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes. -Participate in DevOps Maturity Model as needed, review with stakeholders and suggest improvements to model for Continuous Improvement. -Champion adherence to Agile and Lean principles, good software design practices, the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Automation everywhere, and the daily delivery of high quality software. -Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen internal customer relationships.
