· Oversee and take ownership of all technical decisions made
related to migration and planning
· Implement high quality technical solution based on Industry best
practices
· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Active Directory
Federation Services
· Understanding of advanced functions of O365 including Security,
governance and compliance
· Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the team and
stake holders
· Must have good analysis or problem solving skills
· Must have good communication skills
· Must have an ability to work to deadlines
· Experience working on onsite offshore model
· Proficient in technical documentation
