They will also work closely in a technical capacity with technical and program area staff in various program areas to complete this project. The technical skills required for this position are outlined in the Beeline System. The contractors will be expected to work 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. Prior experience with SCI-PAS, SCI Registry and VTrckS ExIS specifications and the development of immunization registries, while not required, will be weighted heavily. This project will further enhance the SCI-Vaccine module of SCI-PAS. The contractors will be responsible for coding, documenting and testing of the various components of SCI-PAS. All code will be written in C#, ASP.Net, Javasctipt and JQuery. All code will be properly documented using designated documentation standards. All data will be housed in DHEC enterprise databases. The main objective of these positions will be to further enhance the SCI-PAS portal. The position will require extensive liaison with the Information Technology staff within the agency and the Division of Immunizations staff. The scope of work consists of the following tasks: Programmer #1 - Software Application Focus: SCI-PAS migration to SCIAPPS framework, Development and Support; HL7 v2.5.1 Development, Implementation and Support; Meaningful Use Development; VFC Development and Support; SCI Registry Support; and Database Split. Job Description: Continue to develop and support of SCIAPPS. Develop, implement and support our new v2.5.1 fully compliant HL7 system. Prepare meaningful use subsystem for development. Support and enhance the VFC software system. Support the SCI Registry web project. Integrate and support a new forecasting module. Assist with the immunization database split from our main CARES system. Programmer #2 - Software Application Focus: SCI Registry Support, SCI-PAS migration to SCIAPPS framework Development and Support; SCIPAS Support; HL7 Development/Support; and Database Split.
