I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation. *Role: Business Analyst* *Location: Mt Laurel, NJ* *Term: 6+ months* *LOCAL CANDIDATES FOR F2F !!* *No H1B !!* *Must have:* •Bachelor's degree •5 solid years’ of experience as a Business Analyst •5 years with SDLC. •5 years with requirements elicitation, analysis, management, and communication •5 years with “as is" and "to be”. •2 years’ experience with CRM or Customer Access and Identity Management systems .Candidates with similar experience in a financial arena are a plus. •2 years with RFP or RFQ and vendor selection in a large organization set up. •Self-starter, self – sufficient and independent worker. •Excellent comms and interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholder expectations. •The role allows the contractor to work from home 1 or 2 days once the contractor is able to gain confidence and faith from the team. *Skills:* · Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and manage ones time. · Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. · Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models. · Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc. *Education/Experience:* · Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. · MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years experience required.
