*This role is supporting a Java/WCS system so prior support experience
would be huge. *
*But we are open to WCS Developers who haven't done support as long as
they are willing to do it.*
*Basic Oracle SQL skills – troubleshooting required.*
*Need to have excellent communication skills*
*Main duties and responsibilities:*
*Role is highly visible to the business and client stakeholders*
*Lead resolution to every day challenges*
*Provide direction to the Client offshore team*
*Incident management and Root Cause analysis*
*Provide status reporting for internal and client use*
*Provide on-call on a rotational basis*
*Work with the development team and LT to address any escalations or attend
to any risks*
*Work with the Client offshore Lead to provide and bring all incidents to
closure*
*Communicate to client stakeholders in technical and non-technical language*
*Need to have a sense of urgency in every activity.*
