Prepare project reporting and R&D capitalization. Prepare Project Steering Committee financial information. Prepare ROI analysis for proposed projects. Support cost center managers including monitoring, analyzing and periodic review of cost center spending. Assist with preparation of annual financial plan. Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the financial budget system. Prepare internal and external management reports. Perform P&L analysis, cost allocations, product cost analysis and R&D capital invoicing. Participate in the month-end close process: Analyze expense, balance sheet, revenue accounts, Book journal entries. Run WD 2 revenue reports and WD4 spending reports. Assist with internal and external audit requests. Develop financial models and prepare summary analyses and presentation packages for management.
Desired Skills and Experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Experience in other database and OLAP applications preferred. Good organization, communication, analytical, leadership and quantitative skills. Solid work ethics and work well in a team environment. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Manages multiple tasks well.
