This project will involve collaboration with 10 different states interested in using the same or a similar system. *Complete Description:* · This project is considered critical and will be high profile. A senior, proven resource is required. · Must be able to create process work flows/diagrams. Solid background on data flow and architecture for base requirements · The technical platform has not been determined at this time.
