Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: Lead QA Analyst (ETL Experience)Location: West Bend, WIDuration: 4-6 Months* Skills needed: System, Functional & Regression Testing experience along with some ETL experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Performs duties under general supervision • Provides feedback to Business Analysts on the quality and feasibility of business/functional/technical requirements. • Works with Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to resolve conflicts in understanding of business/functional/technical requirements. • Work collaboratively with Architects, Business Analysts, Development Team, and Customers to develop and execute test cases that validate a delivered technical solution meets the business/functional/technical requirements. • Identifies, communicates, and assists in analysis of defects found in system changes using defect management tools. • Communicates issues and risks around the quality of a system directly to the project manager, technical lead(s), service owner, and QA leadership. • Creates documentation on an application’s readiness for deployment to a Production environment. • Works with senior QA members on larger project efforts, and takes direction on assignments to assist in the completion of the project on schedule and on budget. • Works independently on small to medium sized project efforts to assist in the completion of the project on schedule and on budget. • May direct a team on small project efforts to assist in the completion of the project on schedule and on budget. • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for projects, providing assistance on business and technical related questions • Provides estimates for small and medium sized QA technical assignments • Develops automation test cases for the use in regression testing, smoke testing, and performance testing. • Executes automation test cases to validate that no new defects are introduced to the system, system performance meets requirements, and does a smoke test of deployments. Independently: o Develops Test Approaches for assigned maintenance work requests. o Develops Test Plans for Client strategic initiatives. o Breaks down the components of a technical solution and plans test execution based on applicable risk. o Ensures application services are secure and function per the Requirements, Architecture Approach, and Technical Design. o Utilizes SQL and data analysis skill sets to ensure data quality and accurate BI analytics. o Ensures that Infrastructure services are secure and function per the Requirements, Architecture Approach, and Technical Design. • Applies QA Best Practices and actively looks for process improvement opportunities. • Understands and follows all established policies and standards. • Actively pursues personal development by learning and applying new technical and soft skills. • Works with Supervisor or Manager to determine personal development plan. • Engages in technical advancement opportunities within the team, such as lunch and learns, book reviews, and pertinent certifications *Narendar .T* *Phone: 630-883-4515 * 403* *[email protected] <[email protected]> | Our Website! | Our Blogs!* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
