The general responsibilities of both candidates is noted below; however,

· Ability to deeply customize Salesforce
· Able to translate business processes and how they map to
Salesforce thru both technical and analytical guidance
· Possesses both strong strategic and hands-on Salesforce skills,
and understands how changes may impact entire user universe
· Train users, serve as "go to" for users, promote user adoption,
and learn new releases, follow current AppExchange solutions and more
· Performs requirements gathering and design sessions with business
and technology teams
· Supports the business users for all functional areas, researches
new app exchange tools and applications, and designs and builds

solutions to meet diverse business needs
*Administrator Responsibilities*
· Ability to produce consistent positive results in a fast paced
environment with multiple requirements and varying deadlines
· Ability to effectively derive and develop requirements and
designs from business needs
· Ability to translate loosely defined business problems into sets
of objectives with concise and logical requirements
· Propose, implement and maintain standards for administration,
maintenance, and support of Salesforce
· Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and define
system requirements to support business processes
· Collaborate with multiple business units and Product Development
teams to ensure alignment of requirements with system capabilities
· Design solutions to business problems, and implement these
solutions via configuration and/or scripting in Salesforce
· Evaluate, install, and configure new third-party applications in
Salesforce from AppExchange
· Analyze complex system and system-related problems for the
business and make recommendations for improvements or new designs
· Create and implement test plans and ensure the test/sandbox
environments have appropriate test data
· Perform testing of system upgrades and patches, and assist in
defining user acceptance testing scenarios
· Update/create user and technical documentation, operational
support documentation, and general project documentation including project
charters, roadmaps, and plans
· Identify and communicate risks, issues and potential solutions,
as well as regular status updates to key stakeholders
*Qualifications:*
· Familiarity with Five9/Salesforce Integration is strongly
recommended
· Demonstrated Salesforce installation, administration, and
configuration experience
· Proficient in Apex, Apex Web Services and Apex Callouts
· Experience with architecture, system design, configuration,
customization, integration and testing, product release and application
support
· Familiar with conducting requirement gathering sessions with
respect to Salesforce and other cloud based applications
· Understanding of business metrics that drive management
decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such
metrics
· Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with
experience marshaling resources across an organization
· Ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems
· Time management skills, and the ability to be flexible and
creative
· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
· Strong project management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and
Project Management tools
· Strong technical background is required. A technical degree is a
plus
· Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
