6+ month project in south metro.



Project Manager consultant will technically lead project management of 1)
an upgrade of an Individual health insurance quoting application,
InsureAdvantage, and 2) an upgrade of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM
implementation. While each application upgrade is its own project, the two
systems are integrated, so careful project and vendor coordination is
required.



*Key objectives of these projects: *

1) InsureAdvantage upgrade

Upgrade of existing InsureAdvantage software in conjunction with vendor to
leverage new product capabilities



2) Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Upgrade of existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation from 2011 to 2016
in conjunction with vendor to leverage new product capabilities





*Required qualifications:*

·         Demonstrated project management success in working with complex
organizations and multiple vendor partners

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills; an ability to
work at all levels of an organization, from very technical to strictly
business and from project resource level up to executive level

·         Demonstrated ability to assist business stakeholders in
effectively managing projects involving complex systems and multiple
integrations in order to meet schedule, budget and quality expectations

·         Health plan insurance (as opposed to care delivery) project
management delivery experience; knowledge of health plan business processes
and terminology

·         PMI certification or equivalent

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or InsureAdvantage is
a plus

·         Project planning, estimating, tracking, forecasting

·         Project administration

·         Change management

·         Status reporting

·         Resource coordination

·         Vendor management

·         Release planning

·         Organization communication

·         Issue resolution

·         Understanding impacts of technical decisions

·         Motivating the business around deliverables and timelines

·         Communicating with technical leads and staff
