*PeopleSoft HCM-Payroll Techno functional role (max of 70%Functional & 30%Technical) Contract length: 4-5 year contract opportunity* * Location: Richmond, VA Project Start : Jan 2016 Duties:* - Complete configuration design documents for the Cardinal financial management system to PeopleSoft HCM- Payroll - Complete reports, interface, conversion, workflow and extension design documents for the Cardinal/PeopleSoft payroll module and system - Conduct payroll technical design reviews for project deliverables - Ensure State Agency and the Commonwealth of VA’s business requirements are correctly interpreted and adequately addressed by the software solution. - Prepare documentation necessary for project development - Produce project administration documentation (status reports, timesheets, work plan updates etc) according to project guidelines such that project management has an accurate and timely representation of project schedule, budget status, issues, etc. - Should have 5 - 8 years of PeopleSoft Experience with a minimum of 6 years of Functional Experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Core HRMS, Payroll - PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience. - Solid understanding of payroll tables, payroll cycle, processes and reporting - Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Functional requirements and design - Should be able to demonstrate a very good functional understanding including process flows, configurations & setup of the modules handled - Strong skills to understand existing implementation/setups in a short time work on functional aspects of incidents & propose accurate solutions. - Ability to work independently and unsupervised in a dynamic and multi-project environment - Should possess a strong belief in following standard & recommended PeopleSoft SDLC processes Note: Candidates with Technical exposure & background with demonstrated ability to play techno functional role (max of 70%Functional & 30%Technical) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
