Job Description: Experience: 5-10 Years Should have worked on Oracle Apps HRMS Modules, Core HR, SSHR, Payroll Oracle Apps Forms/Reports, Pl/SQL, Interfaces, BI publishers Skills: Must have Strong product skills in Core HR or Payroll (must)or SSHR and Data Model Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product. Project experience on the following areas: Implementation or Customization or Interface & Conversions or Support for Oracle Applications version 12.1 Relevant experience on eBusiness HCM with min 2 End to End implementations with customer facing roles Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to resolve issues. Must be good at performance tuning to handle performance issues encountered in upgrade process. Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills.
