<h1><b>Submit resume <a href="http://www.job4tech.com/jobs/79182-senior-servicenow-system-administrator-at-sygna-technologies-inc?utm_source=groups&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=GEmail3";> Here </a></b></h1><br><br><div> <p><strong><i><u>Position:</u></i></strong> Senior ServiceNow System Administrator</p> <p><strong><i><u># of positions:</u></i></strong> 1</p> <p><strong><i><u>Location:</u></i></strong> Oak Ridge, TN 37830</p> <p><i><u><strong>Duration:</strong></u></i><strong></strong> Contract 6 months – 1 year</p> <p><strong><i><u>Start Date:</u></i></strong> ASAP</p> <p><strong><i><u>Interview Process:</u></i></strong> Phone Screen and then skype</p> <p><strong><i><u>Rate: $55/hr C2C</u></i></strong></p> <p><strong><i><u>Citizenship:</u></i></strong> US Citizen or Green Card</p> <p><strong>Senior ServiceNow System Administrator</strong></p> <p><strong>Level:</strong> This person will be a senior level programmer.</p> <strong></strong><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Minimum 2 years of experience with the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting,</li> <li> Minimum of 3 years of experience using Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).</li> <li> Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle.</li> <li> Working knowledge of the web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)</li> <li> Assist in the definition of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of development activities.</li> <li> Strong experience with IT Service Management processes and SDLC.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field</li> <li> ITIL Foundations V3 Certificate</li> <li> 2 or more year of ITIL and related process experience</li> <li> Experience creating custom reports and widgets</li> <li> Experience working in ServiceNow Domain Separated environments</li> <li> Experience working with Discovery.</li> <li> Experience working with Performance Analytics.</li> <li> Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, LDAP,SOAP, HTTP, MID Server, Orchestration and third party software integrations.</li> <li> Experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful webServices.</li> </ul> </div>
