This position is responsible for full stack development, design,
implementation, testing, and creating / maintaining the user interface of
several web applications that provide clinical drug information solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong user interface skills and a solid
understand of web technologies and architecture. This position will require
the creation / integration of REST API’s to build complex and user friendly
user interfaces. As a Sr. Software Engineer you will interact with Drug
Content (pharmacists), Product and Project Management as well as with other
engineering groups. This person must be collaborative, adaptive,
self-critical, and able to thrive in a team-based development environment.



Work as a part of an Agile/Scrum development team. • Mix of UI and Service
Layer work with an emphasis on UI • Implement / modify new / existing user
interface components. • Create automated tests for the user interface. •
Fix new and existing defects. • Participate in code reviews. • Demonstrates
a desire to learn new technologies. • Proactively learns and shares
technical competencies and best practices to continuously improve self,
team, and organization. • Demonstrates the ability to solve analytical
problems both independently and with peers as the situation requires. This
includes working with complex data structures. • Systematically
troubleshoots production issues and delivers timely resolutions. • Applies
technical and customer service skills to solve client problems and assist
with high profile product implementations. • Works with and leads offshore
team members, delegating appropriate tasks, reviewing quality of work and
providing technical guidance. • Ability to work on multiple tasks, make
commitments, and deliver within agreed upon timeframe. • Develop
documentation and other materials to support ongoing API development as
well as user implementation. • Demonstrates a cooperative spirit by
actively listening, and collaborating with other team members as well as
other teams to foster an innovative, problem-solving environment. • Works
with non-technical colleagues such as Product Management and Drug Content
to understand business needs and propose effective user interface component
that meet / exceed the business needs. • Participate in all relevant
meetings: Development Meetings; Project Team Meetings; Issue management
meetings, and others as assigned. • Other duties and special projects as
assigned. Education: A Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Computer
Science/Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
