In India, Kanpur currently has a small office that holds four recruiters and one IT account manager. We are currently looking to make some BIG changes for our Kanpur office. By this time next year, we have budgets to have a *new office* facility, 25+ recruiters, 2 account managers, 3 back office support professionals and an IT infrastructure support person. In order to do this, we need to find the leader that can make this happen. We need to find someone who has done this for other companies. This person must have experience managing at least 8+ recruiters and other professionals. This person must have experience hiring, training and managing recruiters through strict KPIs and management tools. Below is a list of required skills: 1) 7+ years of IT staffing experience 2) 4+ years of managing 8+ recruiters 3) Experience managing an office and all operations 4) Experience motivating and gaining the trust of your team 5) Experience training, hiring and managing recruiters 6) Highest of Integrity and Honesty – Sense of responsibility and urgency. 7) Someone that can take complete ownership of the offshore office.
