Candidate must have at least 5 years development experience designing and building enterprise level applications, and must have a solid foundation of software and architectural design principles. He/she must be able to work closely with business analysts to vet and refine requirements, work with project managers to structure required development tasks, design a solution, and lead coding, testing, system test support, and production deploy. As a technical lead, the developer should be able to both provide hands on coding and testing, and lead junior developers in implementing and testing a design. Managing offshore developers is also key. Candidate will need to deliver technical specs, unit test plans, and code that meet the appropriate functional and quality requirements.
