Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *Position: Data Scientist * *Location: Franklin, TN* *Duration: Long term* *Position Requirements:* • *2 - 4 years as Data Scientist* with overall experience of *10 – 15 years* • Degree in a quantitative field with working knowledge of computer science • Be inquisitive in nature when dealing with Data Analysis, • Ability to ask relevant questions, ability to explore and execute what if analysis to understand various scenarios • Good in statistical modeling experience and good in mathematics with engineering sense • Need to have hands-on experience with the modeling and the end-to-end life cycle of Data Analysis • Need to have good ability in handling very granular data from Hadoop data storage • Familiar with Big Data / Hadoop environment • Ability to derive success metrics from the large datasets • Ability to stare large set of data and spot trends – passion for finding trends. • Lateral thinking capabilities, keen to find the right source for data analysis other than the data provided • Highly analytics oriented; Ability to transform data into *Data Visualizations.* • Able to work with team to develop, refine and scale data management and analytics procedures, systems, workflows, best practices and other issues. *Candidates shall have the following Experience:* • Proven ability and experience in design and development of solutions for increasing yield • Proven analytical skills and experience in handling large volume of data • Experience in dealing with imperfections in data • Experience in implementing Data Visualization solutions • Working knowledge in *statistical programming languages, ‘R’ or Python* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
