Functional Title: Business Analyst Overall Experience: 04-06 Yrs. Position Description: Job Description: Liaise strongly with members of trading, compliance , operations and other IT teams. Develop working knowledge of equity derivatives order management and analytics (process and systems) Develop working knowledge of the Convertible Bond/ Equity Linked business Develop an understanding of the equities business requirements and system/application /business front-to-back processes Work with IT development and project/program managers resources to establish how the development may best be carried out (application, process, etc.) Translate business/external requirements into functional specifications Responsible for communication with all the relevant stakeholders of the technology projects. Skill Set: Have background in trading business. Experience in derivatives and cash order management a big plus. Drive / self-motivation / ability to kick things off independently Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at the same time Has experience in business analysis within the context of technology projects Have 3+ years of experience in a relevant field (finance, equities, derivative technology, Convertible bonds) Experience in Data analysis, and Data Flow (Batch Jobs) design is desirable Some Equity derivatives knowledge is desirable Region: Stamford Work Location: CT - -- Regards Abdul G.
