*Role:* Java Lead
*Location*: Wallingford, CT
6-12 Months CTH
*Years of Exp*: 10+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE
based application development
*Primary Skillset*: Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Web
Services, Hibernate, JQuery
*Nice to Have: *ExtJS, Drools Rule Engine / Decision
tables, BPM Activiti Framework
*Immigration:* H1 candidates are fine, but should have
atleast 3 years left for Max out – or should have an approved I-140
BPM and Extjs Must
*Core Responsibilities:*
- Take ownership of the technical solution/design for an
application release.
- Design and Development frameworks
- Create technical work breakdown based on the requirements and
come-up with estimation for the work items
- Provide solutions for system integrations and ensure that
enterprise integration principles are adhered to
- Ability to support/provide resolutions to team members, when
they encounter any complex issues. (Should also be able to take up the
issue and fix)
- Perform code reviews and ensure that the proposed solution is
implemented accurately
- Flexibility to adopt to new technology frameworks/tools and
guide the team on the technical aspects.
