Install Midrange Hardware at the Contractor Data Centers including Software object modules consisting of a predefined combination of base operating system, applicable fixes, selected security patches, tools, and agents 2. Test paths to each server and ensure server is properly connected to the PNG Network 3. Install Software to enable monitoring of Midrange Services and Hardware components 4. Install Software to enable backup and restore Services on Midrange servers 5. Install database Software (e.g. Oracle) 6. Provide onsite server technical support and IMACD Services (install, move, add, change) support of servers at designated PNG sites, as required 7. Provide remote support during standard Software build installation activities at remote sites, as needed 8. Provide Hardware decommissioning procedures 9. Decommission servers in accordance with PNG asset life cycle management process 10.
