Mastery of Software Object Oriented design and implementation • Ability to evaluate and analyze existing software architectures. Ability to lead the architecture and design reviews. • Ability to define and document software interfaces. Ability to produce prototypes and production systems. Manage the software development cycle. • Ability to learn about, maintain and evolve existing systems and architectures. Redesign existing architectures to accommodate migration to new technologies and platforms. • Ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences. • Team player, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, with geographically dispersed team members (including the offshore teams) • Self starter, ability to envision solutions and take initiative to see the solution to the end despite challenges. • Ability to think strategically under the given constraints. *Technical Qualifications: * • Experience as a technical team lead (onsite/offshore teams). Experience with coding and deploying enterprise applications to JEE application servers. • Experience in maintaining production systems. Ability to troubleshoot/fine tune enterprise application server run-time configuration. • Experience with JEE Servers (Weblogic or equivalent).
