Even though we are not using Microstrategy for this interim solution would prefer someone that has Microstrategy or at least some sort of BI experience in addition. With this experience they would be able to understand the differences between normalized vs dimensional modeling to understand how to create views for an tool agnostic environment that accounts for both BI tools and Ad Hoc queries. To also be able to test from a BI/Reporting perspective. Would want them to be able to use our current environments to easily to do comparison testing for unit testing Good communication skills and experience working with clients with testing Experience working in a collaborative team environment but can do assigned tasks independently.
