*Job Title :SAP OCM Consultant Location :Columbus, OHDuration :8+ Months Contract* *Position Description: * Client is performing an enterprise SAP technical upgrade which will have significant impacts on the SAP cProjects functionality. As a result, the project is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to address the business process and end user impacts. This person will be responsible for developing the overall organizational change management strategy and workplan as well as developing and implementing the associated deliverables. These deliverables would include but are not limited to: Sponsor and stakeholder analysis Communication strategy Training strategy Future state process documentation End user communications End user training and support materials Functional cutover plan (in coordination with the business leads) This individual must have strong project management and facilitation skills. He/she must be comfortable and adept at communications (formal and informal) and have a solid understanding of training strategy and development. He/she must be comfortable and effective in building relationships across the organizational spectrum. He/She will help estimate business participation and negotiate dates for UAT, defect management and business readiness efforts. He/she must be able to manage and leverage existing resources and dispersed often “dotted line” non OCM team members. This is a “hands on” role and includes deliverables development as well as strategy development and planning. This role will be under the direction and guidance of the project lead and the L Brands OCM Governance Lead.
