§ Coordinate actively with the users in resolving issues
§ Work to ensure that the scope is effectively controlled in accordance
with the requirements definition
§ Providing MS CRM 2013 related solution for the Project
§ Prepare/Conduct training material
§ Provide assistance in Smooth Cut-over
§ Coordinate and Resolve issues during all project phases including Post
Go-Live
