Perl and Python scripting is a plus. - Experience with Network, WAF/Firewall, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, HTTP/HTTPS communications, Browser clients. - Experience with monitoring tools such as byte code instrumentation, synthetic transaction, RUM transaction, JMX, packet sniffers, browser plugins. - Experience with monitoring systems during web application load tests and assisting with troubleshooting. - Experience leading support bridge calls for production systems issue resolution. - Excellent communication skills required. - Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
