*5+ years of experience managing agile software development teams
(responsible for managing both people and projects) *
*Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch,
using best practices *
*for the full software development life cycle: coding standards, code
reviews, source control management, build & release processes, testing, and
operations *
*Experience building and delivering excellent user interfaces (Samples of
work would be great) *
*Solid familiarity with modern web technologies for both front-end
(HTML5 etc.) and back-end (databases, scalable architecture, etc.) *
*Strong leadership, communication, project planning and execution skills *
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience *
*Prior hands-on experience as a software developer*
