Working within a cross-disciplinary team of stakeholders, the successful candidate will work with numerous state* hospitals and clinics* to develop business requirements, develop grant applications, coordinate infrastructure reinforcement, match hardware and software to business needs, support implementation and coordinate efforts, assist with training initiatives, and help promote the expansion of telepsychiatry throughout New York State. As well as assist with various Health Cluster projects as necessary. Requested Qualifications 84months Demonstrated experience as a lead business analyst though all phases of a project. 84 months Demonstrated experience in producing business requirements including business cases, functional specifications, use cases or Agile user stories, surveys and needs assessments. 72 months Demonstrated experience with written business communication complimenting project execution. 72 months Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office including Visio and Excel. 72 months Demonstrated experience engaging in multiple projects requiring business analysis and experience with as-is and to-be gap analysis scenarios. 72 months Demonstrated experience collaborating with a project team to implement a new product or service. 48 months Demonstrated experience with completing and developing of reports that summarize project’s progress.
