development Description: Looking for a Senior Oracle Developer to join its
equity front office systems team.Core responsibilities include application
development, integration testing, and application deployment.The role will
also involve in level 2 support of the applications the team develops.Basic
QualificationsA minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle schema design and
package development;Experience with Oracle interface design, user-defined
objects, and performance tuning. Strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
best practices.Additional development experience in one or more of
following: Java/JBoss, C#/VB.Net, Unix Shell/Python, and AutoSys;Preferred
QualificationsMust be able to work independently with limited
supervision;Solid interpersonal skills and ability to effectively organize
and communicate across functional and technical lines;Strong Root cause
analysis and complex problem solving skills; Position has a strong emphasis
on Data Development.Candidates with additional combination of technical
skills (such as java) would be great.*
