This includes the ability to identify, analyze and drive problems to resolution, coordinating and advising on complex issues, completing all tasks within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and levels of management. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * • Conduct requirements analysis, maintain requirement repositories, define key business capabilities and logical grouping of the functionalities requested • Conduct requirement review sessions in order to validate requirements with project stakeholders • Work with Technical/Design Teams and ensure the proposed solution meets the requirements • Work with the Estimation team to ensure that projects are estimated accurately and timely • Ensure that analysis artifacts follow established standards and processes • Identify issues and risks, handle and communicate them in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope *QUALIFICATIONS:* • Bachelor degree, 4+ years of work experience as Business Analyst in related business/industry • 2+ years prior experience eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of business processes, use cases, data requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements • Ability to develop documentation, requirement models, and maintain requirement repositories • Results and quality driven professional with an ability to analyze and solve complex problems • Ability to work as a team player in matrixed organizations with both business and IT teams, in a fast paced and deadline driven environment • Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Understanding of various solution development methodologies • Ability to assist with Analysis Planning & Preparation activities • Prior experience in working with Sales and Marketing, Engineering or Product Development groups is a plus • IIBA Certification is a plus • Working knowledge of CA Clarity software is a plus Regards, *Sara Wilson* - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
