Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.

CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

Ruby is a plus!

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress.

Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) a
plus.

You've built WordPress websites before, from scratch.

You understand the strengths of WordPress, but you also acknowledge the
weaknesses. But that's okay, because you have what it takes to mitigate
those weaknesses. You make your WordPress pages fast, scalable, and
reliable.

You must be able to diagnose problems as they come up, but also harden your
code as you build. After all, you never know what kind of havoc may come
from the next WordPress upgrade! You really really care about design
polish.

Take the designer's mock, place it next to your webpage, and tada, no one
can tell the difference.

Thanks & Regards,
