PeopleSoft Project Manager. Assist with the HCM 9.0- 9.2 Upgrade and
Responsible for:
- Project management and oversight of deliverables for database
administration, system administration, development, security, change
control, batch processing, hardware, and interface/integration activities.
Note:There is an overall Project Manager, the Technical Plan will roll-up
to the overall upgrade plan
- Oversight and, as needed, direction for key business partners as they
complete interfacing and integrating project activities.
- Assisting with organizing work and validating technical effort
estimates.
- Working with UW Infrastructure Manager and UW Development Manager to
route work items to team members for completion, as needed.
- Working with functional, onsite and Remote Lab technical teams to
facilitate issue resolution and completion of deliverables.
- As needed, performing code review of selected deliverables and
validate unit test results.
- Escalating issues which affect delivery and quality.
- Supervising Security Lead.
- In coordination with the UW Infrastructure Manager and UW Development
Manager, providing accurate and detailed weekly task reports to Project
Directors, Project Managers, and Project Management Office Members.
