Several years of.Net Development with *Emphasis on VB6. * Demonstrated experience working with HIPAA protected data related *or* Patient Health records 6 years Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic 6 (VB6). (*Not* VB.NET <http://vb.net/>) 6 years Demonstrated experience with *Oracle 9*i or higher, including ORACLE PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data (such as Toad).
