*PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst, Payroll Benefits*
*Location – Uniondale, NY*
Estimated Length: 6-8 months
*Overview: *This person should be very highly experienced in *Peoplesoft
HCM 9.x Payroll *Module. Functional lead analyst will develop functional
specifications related to Payroll, review existing modules, and recommend
solutions to enhance/improve current implementations
*Requirements*
- 10+ years supporting as a Business analyst PeopleSoft Human Capital
Module (HCM) 9.0 and above.
- Good knowledge of *Payroll *processing, W2, State, Federal, FLSA
reporting, Complex*Benefits *enrollment knowledge, external interface
requirements definitions, excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Oracle databases.
- Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field
- Integration knowledge between Time & Labor, HR, Benefits & Payroll
modules.
- 3 Professional References Required
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct business analysis to develop functional specifications which
will enhance processes and departmental efficiency using the PeopleSoft ERP
System.
- Maintain Payroll and Benefits related PeopleSoft product tables.
- Develop Payroll & Benefits related queries, good knowledge of SQL,
SQR, XML Publisher, Crystal Reports.
- Assist Comptroller Department Payroll director with Payroll processing.
- Assist Comptroller staff to gain satisfactory comfort level with the
ERP software.

- Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and
business oriented
- Ability to train and tum-over knowledge to internal staff members.
- Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from
beginning to end.

test and validate the developed solutions.
