For further details please contact me at 281-949-6106**. **Please send me the resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> Your earliest response is highly appreciated, Good Day! *Title: Sr. Infrastructure Manager * *Location: Nashville, TN.* *Duration: 1 Year* *Responsibilities:* - Will oversee all aspects of Compute, Storage, Network, and Virtualization processes and procedures in support of the RCPS division - Travel up to 50% - Assist in the certification and design of new platform technologies - Participation in Technical Advisory Group(s) as necessary - Requires in depth knowledge of supported servers, storage and network; including operating systems, utilities, vendor products, applicable programming languages, diagnostic techniques, benchmarking methodologies, applicable communications protocols, applicable hardware configurations, use of statistical and analytical tools for system monitoring and evaluation. - In depth knowledge of technology, network, data and applications architectures including power, cabling and environmentals. - Ability to communicate with various levels of senior leadership and end users is also required. - Maintain frequent interaction with internal and vendor technical staffs and project managers to ensure effective delivery of solutions in accordance with project timelines and associated budgets. - Provide technical leadership and responsibility for the installation and certification of all supporting software and hardware in order to assure a sound deployment basis for production implementations. - Business continuity solutions and assists in developing plans for disaster recovery. - Identifies and documents Compute, Storage, Network, and Virtualization processes and procedures. - Certification for multiple hardware platforms and the interrelationship / Interoperability of different operating systems and complex environments. - Patch management, release management, configuration management. - Provides input and recommendations in regard to short and long range departmental planning in the area (emphasis in virtualization, storage platform management.) - Assists with the education and training of personnel. - Participates in the Disaster/Recovery effort. *Required Skills/Experience:* - Must have 10+ years’ experience in deploying technically complex infrastructure computing solutions across platforms and components. - 5-7 years’ experience managing and leading IT teams - 5 years’ experience with VMware - 5 years’ experience of storage infrastructure - Experience in automating tasks using PowerCLI, Powershell or C#. - Proven track record of project delivery results. - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. - Solid understanding and experience with operating system concepts and practical implementation of those fundamentals in a large-scale production environment. - Working knowledge and experience with key ITIL processes is required. - Previous application development coding, debugging, testing and delivery into a production environment are highly desirable. - A solid understanding of compute performance metrics and tools is highly desirable, to include understanding of CPU utilization levels, CPU and disk queuing, I/O response times, and other key performance indicators and their impact on performance. - 5+ years’ experience with network fundamentals and performance principles, including a firm understanding of TCPIP protocols. - Certification in one or more of the following: MCSE, VCP, IBM AIX, Citrix - College degree preferred but comparable industry experience acceptable - Capable of working effectively under a high pressure and demanding work environment. - Capable of working effectively in a diverse, virtual team oriented environment. - Must be a self-starter and work effectively with minimal supervision. - Must be customer-oriented and recognize the importance of customer service and meeting service level commitments. - Must be committed to quality and timeliness of assigned deliverables and milestones. *Looking forward to hear from you..! * *Thanks & Have a Great Day..!* *With Best Regards,* *Murali* *COMP**Q**SOFT, Inc. *CMMI Level 3 Company *281-949-6106 | **[email protected]* <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
