SQL Server 2005/2008 DBA – 2 Positions *Client is upgrading to SQL 2008, Need someone with that up-gradation experience.* * Must have:* - Upgradation experience (SQL 2005 to SQL 2008) - Clustering experience - SSIS - Performance tuning - Experience with any of these – Log shipping, mirroring, SRDF is required. - Any VMWare or any other virtualization experience is a big plus. They have SQL Virtual Forms Work hours – need someone who is flexible sometime they work 4 days / 10 hour each (4 x 10 =40 hrs) They will hire based on the phone interview. No onsite interview most likely. *They need people from production support background since they would have dealt more with Infrastructure side.* Duration – 6 months to start.
