Job Title : Functional Consultant – Oracle Process Manufacturing Work Location: Cleveland,OH (Candidate need to travel to Mexico & China on a need basis) Salary : $75k - $80k *Roles & Responsibilities * · Lead OPM implementation from functional perspective in North America and other geographies Align with and promote enterprise charter around assets, collaboration and branding. · Collaborate with Oracle and working with CoE · Generic Managerial Skills : · Mentor and provide care and feed for jr. OPM functional resources. Grow OPM competency in the respective region, while working with Enterprise organization *Technical/Functional Skills: * · Should be able to drive OPM implementation for customer across location. Customer is a Process Manufacturing company. · Should be recognized as an industry leader in OPM area. · Must be able to conduct project reviews and play an active role in building other resources in this area and lead the team. · Ability to create solutions and defend them with Customer as well as Project Architects. · Capable of creating and delivering pre-sales and proposals. · Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. *Experience Required** * · 6+ Years of Oracle ERP in Process Manufacturing · Must have implemented Oracle OPM modules in version 12 (R12) for process manufacturing companies. · Must have led functional team. · Must have experience working with multiple clients in the process manufacturing industry; and awareness of Oracle ERP related needs and trends for such Clients is a must. · Experience in other Oracle distribution modules.
